Any tips about a party on a pontoon boat?

i want to have a party on a boat with about 8 people. i've already contacted the rental agency i'm using and they do not allow anything to be towed behind the boat (no tubing or water-skiing). now i don't know what we would do the whole day on a boat. any advice is greatly appreciated!
