Are "racist" feelings based on experience or education contemptible?

You have to be taught to be a racist, unfortunately on both sides there is still a generation of people who hold serious racial prejudices, as each generation moves on to the next it will disappear. On the play ground at elementary schools all over this country the kids pay no attention to what color they are until some parent says hay, don't play with that kid because he or she is different, that then starts them down the path. And the end is usually bad.
