I like this boy who i use to be seein n now i dont know how to get him back :(?

Well theres this boy, ive knew him since september n he goes to my school n he is in all my lessons n i sit next to him for french but no other lesson. he lives in the same area as me aswell.. lol well when i first met him he got my msn addy n mobile number n that.. n then i started see-in him n he wanted to kiss me but i wouldnt let him coz i didnt know him much so he dumped me but then wanted to go out with me again but i refused to. in french lessons he always touches my leg every now and again.. but for the last month he hasnt been like that.. since i wouldnt go out with him again he has been liken this girl ' holly ' n i really hate her !! but he hasnt went out with her coz she keeps saying no when he asks her out so he asked this other girl ' shannon ' n she said no aswell lol so he is single n in french lessons now he always deliberately writes on a piece of paper ' ME LVN HOLLY' or 'ME LVN SHANNON ' n it realy annoys me !! but i really like him now n dont know how to make him like me back .. any ideas ??
