How do I get over her?

I'm completely in love with this woman. I can not begin to describe how wonderful she is in everything she does. She's so sweet, kind, funny, intelligent and I think she may be the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She takes my breath away, she's everything to me. Now there is definitly something between us. The three people I've told completely agree without uncertainty. Lots of touching on her part and laughing at every word. We would be something special. Now the tricky bit is that she's getting married to a complete idiot who is not just out her league, but not even in the same sport. she seems so sad when she talks about her wedding. Now I have no intentions of acting on this love, there's way to much to lose. I'm standing by my thesis that "when you love some one, really love them. You forget whats best for you and do whats best for them" She would only end up getting hurt. I can't live with the unreachable being my only thoughts. Help!!!
