I've been blowing ATLEAST $100 a month on whey protein, casein, multi vitamins, and creatine and no matter what I do I can't gain weight, I'm actually losing weight! I eat atleast 3500 calories a day, 2 whey shakes, 1 casein shake before bed, and I take 10mg of creatine per day. I don't see how the hell I'm losing weight. I bust my *** in the fm for atleast an hour a day and 3-5 times a week. It not my diet either, my diet is really good.
