Fast Working, Gentle Acne Treatments for Teen Breakouts?

Im now 12 and have been breaking out, i tried some products but they aren't necessarily for acne. My skin is sensitive and can easily redden. i have no clue what works best but PLLEEEASE HELP! hahahahahaa. please tell me a couple you find to be the bestttt! THANKSSS!
