Having problems w/flash player/shockwave on my 'puter.Downloaded both/can see vids on oth pgs of tag not mine?

I have videos on my page but a msg says I need to enable java script n dowload adobe flash player to see my videos. But I can see videos on other peoples pages. How is that? Does anyone have enuf info 2 help me?
