A music crossover question & I have one, such as who is this punk/rockabilly/goth person I'm talking about?

This person started of with a punk clic song "New Rose", but got put into goth genre as well as punk. One of his music acts had Lemmy from Motorhead & Hawkwind in this punk/goth band as well for a short while. Another person from this band also was in Lords of the New Church with Stiv Bators from the Dead Boys, Wanderers & Frankenstein besides solo work. Anyway this person I'm talking about had a lesser know psyche project called Naz Nomad & the Nightmares. This person married Patricia Morrison from the Bags, Legal Weapon, Gun Club, Fur Bible, Sisterhood & Sisters of Mercy before joining this main band this person I'm talking about is in. This person I'm talking about, also has a backing band for his solo rockabilly act he has called the Phantom Chords, where he definitely comes out with more of a Elvisy persona for his solo act.
