Paracite in foot.. HELP!?

Ive had this callus on the bottom of my foot for a couple months... at firt i thought it was nothing but it gave me alot of pain whenever i walked on it. Sometimes it really itches and and it opened up tonight and its a little circles with tiny black little heads and i pulled on out at it was about the size of a piece of rice! When i pulled one out (theres about 7) my foot started to bleed. I think its a paracite...
