Where would I go to get a part for a 2004 saturn vue replaced?

My mom gave me her 2004 saturn vue. There is a bi on the part of the console that has the gear shift and window controls were she spilled bug spray and it burnt the paint off. I know painting won`t look right. So were can I go to get this replaced?Can I go to any body shop?
