Will colleges redo my GPA?

Right now in school i have around a 3.6 using the ***-laude system which uses a +- scale. I have all A's but four A-'s. These A-'s knock down my GPA but if our school used the standard 4.0 grading system i would have a 4.0. I am wondering if colleges will redo my GPA and put in on the standard scale which will give me a 4.0.
