What is a realistic fitness goal for me?

Ok so I'm 5'10" 153 lbs. I'm aimed to get a little bigger, but i want to stay lean and not increase my body fat %. What's a good bench press? How many pushups should i be able to do? How many situps in a minute? And a good two mile run time? Right now I'm lifting weights 4-5 times a week and warmup with light cardio and stretching, and once a week i try to do some sort of strenuous cardio work. I'm taking animal pak, creatine monohydrate, and 100% whey protein. How much weight can i put on to look a little better without being overweight or slowing myself down? I'm just 17, so I thought about going through an 8 week gaining cycle and then cutting back any excess weight since i have a good metabolism.
